Fall 2015 Marketplace® Train-the-Trainer Seminar

By | August 29, 2015

Innovative Learning Solutions will be hosting the bi-annual, FREE Train-the-Trainer event in Knoxville, Tennessee from Monday, October 12th until Wednesday, October 14th. Dr. Ernest Cadotte, the author of the Marketplace® and Marketplace® Live business simulations, will lead this training seminar for both current and prospective Marketplace instructors.

With the help of the development and support teams, participants are exposed to several decision rounds of the Conscious Capitalism® simulation. In addition, participants will be given a general overview of the simulation’s pedagogy, grading, and instructor software. There will also be a discussion of various learning strategies and tactics that have proven successful with other faculty.Spring 2014 Train-the-Trainer

Attendees will have meals provided throughout the training event. There is also a fun beach volleyball game at the Welcome Reception and Dinner on Monday evening. This is a great way to get to know the Marketplace staff, as well as some new faces in academia. The seminar will begin on Monday at 1:00 p.m. and lasts until 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday.
